This is a discussion on wormout 87 integra in the Integra forum
Have a smokin integra as in blue,out the rear. Can I use a 1.5 honda block in this integra to replace the 1.6. I know everyone wants to go bigger and faster, but I just want cheep dependable good gas milage....

| 1.5.... you got the D in that thing wtf? as a rule, honda sticks to the first letter of the engine. D works with other D parts, B works with other B parts! make sure your same obd (not that that matters with the block) |

| WOW ok, then yeah. in my experience as long as its the same series, the heads are swapable. Just make sure you check your clearance (ensure the new head is not more shallow than the previous) |
