my right leg has been in pain for the last two weeks...I just thought it was a pinched nerve like last time.... It was strange that it was swollen, red, and hot...

Now I got to thin my blood down to survive if it dislodges...911 is now on speed dial.:eek:

So I think it's safe to say, the summer meet will not happen...:(

and I now have a 7 day vacation....:D
 
Sorry you got to go through it. I heard it can be painful and give off a burning sensation.

A long time friend of mine has trouble with this too. But he is highly over weight (140-170lbs overweight) and has been obese since a childhood (he's 33 now). It has immobilized him multiple times and its getting to the point that the doctors are getting upset b/c he isn't trying to lose weight and it could lead to some bad scenarios.
 
blood clots just happen dude..goodluck with recovering..lay down and have your leg held up elevated higher than your heart

That depends how much you drink. A beer a day isn't going to hurt. A case a day is going to have adverse effects.


I'm sure the blood thinner (Plavix maybe?) will do the trick. My mom is on it since her heart attack in 04. The only thing is it makes her bruise like crazy. She'll be bruised for 2 weeks from bumping her leg on a chair or something like that.
 
I'm thinking it was when I sit at the computer in the garage, left leg crossed over the right leg, for hours sometimes... Beer had no effect, the doc didn't seemed worried when I told him how much I did.

But they gave me 30 days worth of Warfarin Sodium pills, 5 injections of Lovenox, and 15 percocet's... and 7 days off work.

Just take it easy, carry the cell phone all the times, be extremely careful to not cut myself on something, I could bleed to death...:eek:

The only thing I need to do is sell something... anyone want a crx, a 260Z, an RB25 swap, wheels, tires???... and I can not ship..:)
 
If you would just buy 4x100 15" wheels, you'd have a lot easier time selling them to me.

if you were smart you'd file a worker's comp claim....just get a dr to say that some activities from work caused the condition and your golden.....trust me on this :) i handle comp claims for a living

you ever been checked for Rheumatoid Arthritis and most likely would be put on Coumadin
