He should've wired his JDM amber sidemarkers so they would stay on with his parking lights, instead of just blinking with his blinkers. That would've made him more visible from the side.

And that rider probably deserved it. Either 1. He was riding a race bike on the streets, which is fucking stupid, or 2. His bike is (or was, rather) painted like a race bike, which is equally fucking stupid. Above that, if he was in fact going 155 anywhere there's any sort of intersection (which there would have to be for that type of accident to happen), he's fucking stupid. IF you're going to ride a bike and be as big of a jackass as to do anywhere over 100 around any other traffic, at least do it on wide-open highway where there's not as much of a chance of something randomly pulling in front of you.
