Default Credit Reports For Tenants

So my boss is renting out a house, and I need to run a credit report on the potential tenants. I tried going through all 3 major credit houses but keep hitting road blocks since they are designed to be used by the individual.

Anyone know of a credit website for this type of situation.
I have the signed forms to release credit info from the tenant.

You might want to just go ahead and use a tenant screening service like property management companies do. It will give you everything you need to know about a potential tenant (background check, credit check, eviction reports etc...) I would just pass that charge down to the tenant like all property management companies do. This is better then just a credit check, not saying that a credit check isn't important, but its just one of many of things you would want to know about your tenant, I mean I am sure your boss wouldn't want a convicted felon, a sex offender, or someone whose been arrested and convicted multiple times for drug possessions renting out his house.
