I have changed oil/filter every 3000 miles and I have only had to replace timing belts (every 80,000 miles), water pump, battery, and both front struts. At 525,000 miles I replaced the A/C compressor and at 638,000 miles I replaced the alternator. The overall condition of the vehicle is clean, interior and exterior are in good condition. I hoped this car could break 1 million miles in the next couple of years but probably it will be with the new owner. Since May 2003 I drive a brand new Honda Pilot EX. "

That's just freakin crazy!

Can you imagine spending that much time behind the wheel?

:worthy:

w3rd, thats fucking nuts.

i've got a 96 accord with 160,000 miles on it. i bought it back in 98 with 20,000 and it sat in my driveway for 8 months. thats alot of driving.

well if you factor in i had a 100 shot of nitrous on it for a year and it still runs. i have blown rings but it runs. so the nitrous probably bumped the mileage up to around 300,000 miles.

my 86 accord had 265,000 miles on it when my clutch went out... it never burned oil ran perfect but i was to cheap to put a clutch in it

u guys are lucky, i have had my tranny rebuilt twice, one about 6 years ago and the other about 3 months ago, the first bill was 1200 dollars the second 2050 dollars, shit i could have done an engine swap by then.

Hah, cool, I know the woman who runs that site. She and her husband are restoring an S600.

Spare.

Spear- "I speared that fish with a stick."

Spare- "I have spare time to correct dumbass grammar mistakes."

there is a guy who had an accord with 600k miles and took it to honda and they gave him a new accord

HaHa....reminds me of the "Married With Children" episode where Al's Dodge is about to hit 1,000,000 miles and they're gonna give him a new viper if he lets them videotape the odometer rolling over for a commercial, but it rolls out of the driveway during the night, ruining everything....So he set's out on a mission to rack up another million.
