A surround sound system. bought it Thursday afternoon, it's a Panasonic

5 disc CD/DVD changer
AM/FM radio with antenna (badass)
1080i compatible. (my tv is only 720p)
1000w sound system with sub, twin side tv towers, center speaker and twin rear wireless speakers.

Onto the pictures. I set it up thursday after work, and don't have it all finalized it, but it prompted me to clean a little finally. I still need to get speaker wire to extend the rear speakers to around the sides of my bed.

Main receiver on my stand with the Sub below.

Sub/System/Xbox/etc

My DirecTV box and top speaker. Yes the wires are hanging loose, I don't have any moulding yet. I mounted my shelf I've been meaning to mount for 3 months, changing channels is a lot easier now.

The wireless rear speakers. They work decent playing music. Yes, my 'nightstand' is a mess.

watch out on those surround sounds systems in a box. I was looking at them at best buy and the wattage listed ususal was at 10% THD.

Yes it is. Yes I do. But since I want to watch tv in bed, my tv is in my room. I'm not paying for a 3rd receiver to have tv both downstairs and in here.

Ah well... At half way up, its already loud enough and I have a 3 year warranty on it.

Well yeah, since I keep breaking my strings on my real guitar (broke my second set Friday night... blah), I gotta play something.

I don't play it that often. I was tuning the high e string and it snapped... which reminds me, what kind of strings do you like, B? I had some Ernie Ball strings on there.
