so there is this guy ive worked with for about 3-4 year. total ass hole, thinks he's too cool for his age he's like 54 used to be a manager but was demoted. today i was calling him into my office so i could ask him how much to refund an account. i called him like 6 times to his face and he didnt even look at me. just ignored me as i was telling him that i was looking at him. didnt budge...

so on my last try i said "HEY FUCK FACE" well lets just say all talking stopped and the vice president and president came out of their meeting.

mind you there is a brand new training class ....

we argued some and apparently he doesnt respect me any longer.

if what he had was respect i definitely was right about him being a pice of shit. he almost gets fired every 2-3 weeks but they keep him because he makes sales. he's good.

i guess i just felt totally frustrated with him and it just came out....

cliffnotes: called a guy a fuck face and every one heard me including the suits. i run the customer service dept and most of administration.

told me to settle down and not do that again. she doesnt like him much; i dont think.

the president was less impressed with me but i know him well, i have worked for him for 5 years and know my family and what not. so he expects more from me.

AHolehe just passed by my office...

i know i wont get fired is just that the new people dont know the history behind working with him for so long. so they probably think i'm an ass. which they might be right... i keep telling people what i think to their face and i keep getting in trouble

Congrats man. As it happens, a guy I work with today got into a heated argument with the shop foreman. Foreman played it cool, took several f-bombs directed at him, more so than I would have, and then said this: "We're not friends, we ain't boys, we didn't grow up on the block together, YOU NEVER SUCKED MY DICK, so don't fuckin' talk to me like that or you can take your ass home and don't fucking come back". This happened 10 feet away from me and I had to walk away because I was laughing so hard. That might be the funniest thing I've ever heard.

i constantly cuss and threaten him all day. i find that people who dont do this are weird.

lol. I do it as well but my boss is cool as fuck. He cusses at me just as much as I cuss at him. Same with everyone on our crew. It's just the way we roll. We all talk shit to each other.
