i got hungry and decided to take a trip down to BK for a whopper and some onion rings. i place my order and wait. there was 2 people ahead of me who were waiting. they got their food and left and it was just me at the counter waiting for my food. one of the girls working behind the counter was talking about some customer calling up and cussing her out because their food was wrong. i didnt think anything of it and waited. well not 2 minutes later, this guy with his wife comes marching thu the door, slams his bag of food he ordered and starts getting in the assistant managers face about wanting his money back and his food remade because it was wrong. she tells him that she couldnt because he used a credit card. he then starts going off and starts yelling...although he wasnt cussing because there was children in the restaurant. he starts yelling and screaming her and he tells her that he wants his food. she tells him that hes not gonna get anything with the way hes acting. i am meanwhile just listening in amazement at this guy yelling at this poor woman. another worker that was there got on the phone and called the police and he told her to go ahead because he wasnt getting any food that he paid for. the assistant manager was calm the whole time. i have never seen anyone so calm in my life. if it was me i woulda yelled back at the guy. anyways, on with the story. i look over and his wife was clearly embarrassed by the way he was acting. he was worse than a kid throwing a temper tanture at a toy store because he couldnt get the new GI Joe with the kung-fu grip...lol. my order is ready and i walk out the door and the guy was still yelling. i shook my head in disbelief as i walked out as well as the customers that was in there. i get home and tell James and he said that was probably why he saw a coupl sherriff cars hauling ass down the road...lol. i bet the guy got arrested all because he wanted to make an ass out of himself over a $5 meal that was accidentally made wrong.

I hate that bullshit. We get people doing this to us at work all the time, saying that we gave them the wrong part when in actuality, they gave us the wrong year, make, model, engine size, drive configuration etc. of the car they are working on. Some woman was going into one of our sister stores once a week, buying a part, then coming back the next day saying it was the wrong part and demanding a refund of $20+ to compensate her for having to drive back and forth and waste gas. After the first few times someone caught on and told her to screw. It's amazing. This dude came in once looking for parts for a Pontiac GOOLEY....see where this is going... GOOLEY...6OOLEY...6OOLE...6000LE!!! BAHAHAHA FUCKIN 'TARD BAHAHA

Its not soo bad, the pay is ok and some decent people work with me. But nights is getting stale and the GF is whining about not being able to sleep with me every night.

Your exactly right. Our store manager is a greedy budget stealing bastard and the assistant managers are dumbass yes-men. It differs from store to store but i hear is from everybody.
