Looks like it comes out in 2008, anyone got any info on this?

this has been in the works for a while now. they let admitted to making a movie in april of this year. i would have posted for you guys but i thought you knew. the wikipedia article is the better of the two articles.

I guess asian fans are mad cause they intend to overlook that Snake's half Japanese and cast a white dood....
But come on, a half asian with a beard who doesn't know what anime is? I would like them to play off of his "genatic perfection", do some freewalking during the fight scenes, no Jet Lee type flying with wires bullshit __________________

shit, i'm a huge fan of the series.i didn't know snake was 1/2 japanese 1/2 white. i actually just rented metal gear solid 3 last night. i know, i should have gotten it a long time ago, but with work/school/gf there wasn't any time.
