The B17 is the perfect compromise between B18 and B16. It has a better R/S ratio than the B18 and it has better torque than a B16. In the end, it should be a more reliable motor. We all know that stroke is the only thing separating these motors. I personally prefer the shorter stroke and corresponding less engine stress of the B17a1.
1992 2 door integra GSR: 2643 lbs. 1996 2 door integra GSR: 2667 lbs. The earlier GSR is a little lighter... 24 lbs in fact. Probably about the weight of the AC unit in the later GSR. |
