Ok, now many got kissed and some didn't.

I got put in cuffs at 11:45pm and sat on the curb for 2 hours with my boy's(mind you were in utah "cold as hell right now").

We were headed to our friends house to party, I see a cop car following me no biggi no lights or sirens. But as we keep going more and more cops join in. And im thinking what the hell..........I turn the corner boom road block. Spotlights from cop cars and a helicopter right in our faces guns pointed at us our hands go up. Im like what the hell is going on.
Cop intercom: driver drop the keys out of the window really slow.
Me: turn the car off drop the keys out the window.
Cop intercom: now open your door from outside with your right hand and step out.
Me: I follw the directions.
Cop intercom: now walk backwards untill I say stop and get on your knees and interlock your fingers behind your head.
Me: I do as he says.
And they do this untill all 5 of us are out of the car and on our knees in a row. Then they come and slap'em on us. Sit us on the curb and start ripping us a new one about what we are doing, where we are coming from and where we are headed etc. Meanwhile they are searching the car. And the cops are like wheres the guns at just yelling and shit. Im like what guns I dont know what your talking about sir. Dont lie to me young man youve got your whole life ahead of you, do not play dumb with me. So they get tired of me and my friends telling the truth. And sit us on the curb untill witnesses arive to ID us. And untill all this crap that is going on to finish. And a cop comes up and says out for revenge huh boys? Im like what are you talikng about? And he says isn't it right that you were shot at a couple months ago while driving? And I say yes thats right. So you found out who it was and are out for revenge right? No no no no no no I did not do anything wrong. So 2 hours later they stand us up and take pics of us, say sorry for the wait and mix-up, happy new years boys stay out of trouble and they let us go.

It turned out that we got stopped because there was a drive by shooting reported. And the vehicle said to have done it was gold and filled with polynesian males. And we all happened to be polynesian and in a gold car.

It sucked I froze my balls off sitting on the curb for 2 damn hours only to be let go.

Dude it was so cold. I even told the cop that I have a baby on the way and wouldnt even think about throwing my life away like that. And he just gave me that look of "yeah sure" kind of thing. And its only because young teenage polynesians have a bad name here in utah with all the gangs and shit.

No they kept the witness's in the car with the beam in our faces so we couldnt see shit.

But the cops are real retarded sometimes out here one time. They tazered a 75 year old man, cause he walked out of his house to see what was going on. They told the media they gave him one warning and he didn't comply.

Not really. Just because they were assholes about it, doesn't mean they weren't following procedure. They weren't going to pull over an old black lady in a white volvo. In this situation it isn't racial profiling, it's criminal profiling. For example, your not pulling over old white ladies to stop a Columbian cocaine ring. Well I know for sure it wasn't a prank. Because it was on the news yesterday and they said a 16, 17 and 21 year old all have gun shot wounds. The 17 year old bieng in critical condition with 2 gunshot wounds to the chest. And the suspects were said to be polynesian in a gold car.

I had a similar incident in PA on the 4th of July. Driving around with 2 friends, doing nothing wrong, since technically it was legal for me to drive within my community boundaries, with or without a license.

Anyway, I drive past one statie (they're not allowed in the community unless there's an emergency or they're called). I thought nothing of it. He didn't follow me, but he obviously called in his backup to position themselves. I got to the main road and made my right and then the quick left into the pool area entrance to drop my 2 friends off and then I was planning on parking my car. Mind you, this is summer, mid-day, it's hot and just decent 4th of July weather, so the pool was packed with people, the park was full and I parked to let my friends out right in front of the park, next to the pool. As soon as my friends hopped out, a good 6 cop cars came from all directions, surrounding my car, 3 hopped out, weapons drawn and ordered me out of the car. I don't recall if I was put in cuffs, but it ended up I supposedly met the description of a DARK skinned black male in a white wife-beater. I'm light skinned and i believe I was wearing a dark gray wife-beater but it's understandable. Took them a good hour, hour and a half to figure out I wasn't the guy who robbed the store. It was very embarrassing, I was maybe 15 and meeting some little 15 year old girl at the pool, needless to say, she wasn't too happy about the incident and called off our little engagement.

Man the cops were indeed assholes. I was cooperating with them and after 1 hour of that I started bieng a smartass. It was I think like around 20 degrees and I even asked to sit in the car. And he said just sit tight, I was like WTF than take me to jail at least its warm there. He was like this is not the time to joke around.
Screw him!!!

How would he like it if I sat his bitch ass on the curb in 20 degree weather for 2 motherfucking hours. Through new years celebrations and shit, fuck him.

Im not mad about the long wait. Because if I was shot or someone that I cared about was shot. I would want the cops to do as they did to me except make them freeze. They were only doing thier job and took all the percautions they should have. While bieng assholes about it.

Nothing to blow out of proportion just like 2000si and slushboxteggy were talkin bout.

The only thing that pissed me off was sitting on the curb for 2 hours shivering. Even after no guns were found and we were searched. BITCHES
