I meant to get that choker as a present for Mike Timlin last year after Game 7 of the ALCS, but it slipped my mind. After tonight's performance, I think I'll try and send it again. Go Yanks. Put the Red Sox in their place.....which is on the couch during the World Series.

Rep Power: 100 | Let's see if Pedro gets owned by his Daddies tonight. The Sox are killing me. They keep coming up with these awesome quotes. They sound like a bunch of tardcarts - I can't wait to see what their next one is. |

[/b][/quote] They are bitter, bitter fans. So bitter in fact, that when the Pats won the Super Bowl, a "Yankees Suck" chant broke out. Only in Boston. That's wicked hate.

Rep Power: 210 | yankees. 1918. boston loves 2 choke. 1918. plus yanks have a solid team again. 1918. and it also helps than in the past decade they have won more series than boston has all century. 1918. this year i think will be number 27 overall world series championships. 1918. plus theres the curse of the bambino that doesnt let boston win. and did i mention that boston hasnt won since, um i believe it was 1918. |

Rep Power: 97 | that was great, the crowed chanting "whos your daddy". It was a good game pitching wise, very good, but pedro threw a bad pitch to let the yanks seal it. and i dont want to hear "this is just like last year, pedro throws over 100 pitches and they lose" because he was throwing awesome up until that ONE pitch, and that ONE pitch was the only ONE that got away from him. But knowing red sox fans, they will probably blame their coach...not their players, or the fact that the yankees are a better ball club. |

Rep Power: 100 | After Pedro dropped two straight starts to the Yankees, he was in an interview after the game. When asked about why he couldn't beat the Yanks, he said (in a long quote) "What can I say — just tip my hat and call the Yankees my daddy. I can’t find a way to beat them at this point." Yes, he actually said that. Yanks fans jumped all over it, and some Red Sox fans tried to defend him, or put a spin on the quote. Fact is, he called the Yankees his daddy. And he'll never live it down, until he gets traded to the Yankees so that he'll have a shot at getting a World Series ring.
