What makes a car go "pshhhh" when you shift?

I've heard cars go pshh when you shift, or push in the clutch or something..

just wondering what i need to make that sound.. really loud bov or what?

First you need to have some sort of automotive knowledge, then you need a turbocharger... then you'll need to get a bov...
