So today I was headed to class from work on the R1, and this asshole in a lifted Ford extended cab comes flying up behind me, rides RIGHT on my ass for a few miles and changes lanes immediately after me, and then gets beside me, flips me off, and swerves at me.
Can anyone trace his plate? Texas plate# 04BMV4 thanks |

I dont know much about the law but what can you really do w/ a license plate number? If you tell the cops what would they do w/ the info?
