my si recently died ! every time i would accelerate the car would lose power and then it'll turn off. Now i have a b18c on my em1 but im trying to sell my bad b16. How much do yall think i should sell it for?? just the engine and the intake! help please!

I have a 99 EM1 that I use everyday. Its a fun car to drive but i hate the fact that the muffler sounds so loud......but anyways, let me get to the point. Which ecu would make my b16a2 run better? a P2T( which is the stock for the SI) or a P72 GSR ecu please help yall....thanx
