I finally got a working dizzy and was wondering does anyone know where I can get a good vacuum diagram?

I need a obd0 LS dizzy asap. Willing to trade obd0-obd1 ecu jumper.

Is is throwing any codes? I am assuming its a jdm d15b vtec, correct?

How many wires are coming from the dizzy, I counted 7 or 8? If your car is a 95 Civic and your trying to run a 91 ZC, your going to have to use a obd1 dizzy with and obd1 ecu or your car won't run.

I need to remove it in order to fit the LS swap, also the LS has a CTR crank pulley so no chance of running A/C. Do I need to release the freon or can I just safely remove it. The car doesn't blow any cold air, so does that mean it has no freon?

I believe the clutch/flywheel/PP will work from Y1 to Y21. The existing axels will work, am assuming your using 90-93 DA axels. As far as cable to hydro, I have heard that you need to mess around with the clutch pedal assembly.

You can also look into buying a turbo piston set. There basically low compression pistons that allow you to run more boost safely. You could also try building a high compression mini-me for all motor.

Congrats on getting a EF. B Series swaps are more difficult than D Series, but its do able. Your going to need aftermarket mounts, resize the shift-linkage or buy custom one, Si, Dx, or Ex hubs, since b series axles won't fit hf hubs. Rewire some stuff, add VTEC wires. I recommend you check this...

If I were you I would rather to this project on a 88-91 Civic/CRX. They are extremely difficult on 84-87. The fact its a second generation you will need to wire it up as obd1 or convert it to odb0. Take a look at this LINK It will help you out greatly.
