    timing belt help

    i got the belt on, crank is aligned with the mark, cams are aligned with the arrows pointing up....the belt is tight in the back how it is suppose to be but in the front it is real loose....anyone know how i can tighten the front up....btw i have a b16a2 in a 95 cx hatch
