    ECU Prob ???

    engine idels at 1500 - 2000 rpm in drive dropes to 1000 rpm and wavers between 1000 and 1200 rpm. air suction valve open bubbling sound at air breather and air suction solenoid has power applied. this car is a 1985 Honda accord with new engine. do i have a bad ECU ????? Help.
