i dunno if my wastegate makes noise or not....i still need to weld up my down pipe...right now its straight out the turbo....

well theres that one guy selling his unused tyrus IC.....well hopefully its just the boost guage bein gone and not the turbo itself...that would suck mad ass!

congrats man! but im one day ahead of you :P what turbo are you using? how much did ur kit run you? what engine is it one and whats been done? id like to compare it to my engine...right now im runnin a fairly large t28....when full boost...that shit hits hella hard! im soo glad im boosted! :worthy:

i agree the edelbrock kit is great...very complete and very very well thought out. but for the price...damn! lol

the turbo came off a 99 sylvia....the t28 with an ar.80 and a .63 turbine. the exh mani is a modified cx exh. my oil feed line is a 5/16 solid brake line, return hose is just a 3/4 heater hose wraped in header wrap, im using a vortech 12:1 fmu wich isnt the best route but is better than no fmu...

well put it this way since the turbo has been on for almost 2 days....my turbo hits full boost at roughly 4k....at 4k in 1st, 2nd, 3rd with 195/60/14 which are almost new, i have no traction. this thing pulls damn hard. alot harder than my old 215whp b16. i mean this thing actually throws you in...

build a home made turbo kit....run you way less than that. my kit roughly ran $350....i have everything but an IC so far.....if u want a pre made kit check into the greddy kits that are made for your car...they roughly range 2-3 g depending where u get rom...the greddy kit for my car runs $2300...

12:1 vortech fmu...running very rich under boost...so far im seeing around 11.4:1 a/f under boost. yes detonation prone the way the charge pipes are with no IC. but running as rich as i am under full boost it should be alright till i can afford a good IC.

.....integra pistons in a d16...bah! the bore required for the teg pistons will leave for very very thin sleeves. as far as the y8 head is concerned...it is built to resist detonation...

well stated white on the ground strap...still a sign of a lean condition, on a boosted vehicle this can happen even after the first 60' of boosting. yes up the pressure a bit, if you have a vafc of safc or any ype of fuel mod....increase the fuel a tad bit. i know what your saying on the...

i say add more fuel.....one way too cool them combustion chambers down
