CRX with B20 RPM Guage not working

Guys I started a thread on H-T but I still need help with my issue. CRX with B20 RPM Guage not working - Honda-Tech This is a 1988 CRX HF with a 99-00 JDM B20 OBD2B I am using a rywire obd0 to obd1 ecu adapter and a obd0 to obd2B dizzy adapter.
