    For sale: SOHC D16 Vtec head, 2000 miles on new valve seals, excellent condition, Zex stage 2 cam (59300) w/ no more than 5000 miles on it, vtec solinoid. It is a complete head minus the intake manifold and Dizzy. the head is still in my car... If you're in my area i'd be more than happy to...

    300whp is doable. Its been more common in the last couple of years.

    I didn't notice a significant difference when going from 9.8:1 CR to 8:1 CR on my ghetto low comp build.
