The problem is that the V-TEC tries to kick in when it's cold. For some reason the pin tries to engage the V-TEC when it's cold and idling. Here are some pics I'll get better ones later

I have a 2006 3.5L single port with pauter rods, JE pistons, RC injectors, Motec ECU, Intercooled turbocharged in an off-road sandrail. I just freshly rebuilt the motor and am experiencing a problem with the V-TEC trying to engage at idle when motor is cold, only. I've tried unplugging the V-TEC...
