It is def. the PCV Valve. Go buy a new one at Autozone for $3, pop it in and run the hose to the intake. The motor will not run correctly without the is valve. Have a good one. :D :P :lol: B)

pretty sure, correct me if im wrong... 99 civic is OBD2 and the plugs for all harnesses should be the same, with the exeception of the knock sensor on specific b-series engines. good luck!!! :spin:

aftermarket header should do it. u want it anyways, so it a reason to go for it. msny diferent kinds, but DC seems to be the most popular. Let me know what you get. B)

i really like my rigged setup for sound and backpressure. it is an obx header, highflow cat, new OEM 1 7/8 double walled midpipe, rear section is 2" with a 2 1/2 in and out magnaflow. sounds pretty nice when compared to my boyz 00 SI with Greddy SP. Just my rig, cat back is probably better! :P

sounds to me like u need an alignment. check out ur tie rods.

if it doesnt crank then it is the starter. tell them to check the solenoid and connections. if it tries to crank and wont turn over, better try and crank it by hand from the pulley and see if it is siezed. i got mine runnin, but it is stuttering in the mid range. dont know what to do. good luck...

dude u are lucky i can help u get some parts. i just parted out a 91 teg XSI right hand drive and i kept the pedals. they are exactly the same as left hand drive. anyways, i also have shift linkages and boot, let me know what you want.\ peace
