on the case unscrew a large plug with a 1/2 in drive ratchet. their will be a snap ring around a bearing. pry open the snap ring and pull up on the case.

looks like u need a obd 1 distributor. 90 b16 came with a obd 0. they will bolt up, but the wiring wont match to your car. also u can also use a obd 1 LS distributor if u grind off one leg.

u can shim the motor down, but that puts the oilpan/header closer to the ground. but if your not to low this wouldnt be a problem. or cut or notch the hood supports. or get a aftermarket hood.
