oh yea forgot it has a b16a in it not the b17 not much different and also has skunk2 stage one cams

i have a 93 integra gsr that will not idle. the idle goes from 1600 to 3000 rpm. if you unplug the IACV it will run at 1200 rpm and stay their. so i replaced the IACV and still have this problem any one else had this problem or know what else could cause this? also i have put 2 different tps on...
