oh my bad for not getting back to you sooner i just never come here. yeah all it is was eagle H beam rods vitara YCP piston with honda rings and filled the water jacket around the cylinders with devcon liquid aluminum and drilled out the coolant passages. sounds harder then it is but its really not. there is a sticky on homemadeturbo about it and i think there might be one on here too. just search "block filling". it is way better then a block gaurd and about half the price and it supports more of the cylinder then a block gaurd. so for a complete bottom end that can handle at least 30psi of boost your looking at around $400-500. thats 125 for the vitaras with rings from FJT on HMT or HT, 350 for eagle rods/or 250 for tunertoys rods, then 30 for the devcon liquid aluminum from grainger industrial supply. just read the write up and look at the pictures to see what im talking about more clearly. any more questions just ask.

whats up man, i know you dont know me
and im sorry to bother you..
I just have an inquiry with a post you made regarding vitara d16 pistons..
you posted a picture of a civic that was pushing about 400whp with a turbo on it..
u left majority of the engine stock? and it was able to take that much boost?
i know you changed the pistons, rods, rings, drag manifold,, etc...
was there anything else in particular that you did?.. and was this a pricey job to do?..
Sorry for all the questions man
im just trying to get as much information as i can regarding turbos, cause i wanna go boooostt
Thanks
