i got a 91 civic hb wit a 89 jdm dohc zc znd it is fast its doin 15.23 in a 1/4 . My buddy got a 95 civic wit a b16a and i am beatin the shit out of his car .

I got a 1991 civic hb std wit a dohc zc jdm and i got a b16a1 from a friend wit evey thing tranny ecu and wiring . But im not sure wat eles i am goin to need and wat kind of wiring will need to be done to make it a obd1 . Can any one help me out thanks?

u will as long as the motor is in good shape

the si tranny will work . i did one on my civic and it went right in didnt have to do any thing but change the wiring from dpi to mpi thats it i used the same mounts and i used a si tranny thats it . when u do the swap us the wiring off the old motor and make sure the new motor has evey thing...

i just did that swap in to a 91 civic 4door i hade the same problem it can be the coil in the distributor or if u got a bad alternator . or a bad fuse cheack them and let me no how u made out
