I swapped a jap si gauge to my 94 civic dx, and the fuel and coolant level gauges are pegged to the top on both of them... I added a potentimeter in series and adjusted it to 900 ohms and that brought it down...but I will need to drive a bit more to see if that works Couldn't find a value to...
