ok cool so im good then with the b18b wiring harness. how do i rewire the shocktower

does anyone know if i would have to change any of the wiring in my dash to do the swap. im planning on using the integra wiring harness and ecu any help would be great my hatch is a dx

the basic things you need for your conversion is a vtec head, water pump, b series vtec ecu or a chipped p28 ecu.vtec oil pump the conversion kit, you will also need b16/gsr headbolts

i have a b18a1 with 10.5 compression, crower stage 2 came dh springs ret., skunk2 cam gears. basically an na ls

in 93 the tegs still had the cable tranny they switched over in 94 so maybe the axles are different as far as splines

check your vaccum lines and make sure there is not one loose, or check the lines running to your intake

b16 head and an ls/vtec conversion. you will probably get flamed for spelling vtec wrong by the way maybe you can change it b4 anyone sees it. good luck i think golden eagle is a good brand for ls/vtec conversions

if you are asking what tranny to get as far as an ls, gsr, type r, or b16, i would go with the ls or gsr for longer gears. i know that you can boost 12 psi on stock internals with a t3/t4, my friend was running mid 12's with that setup. he was tuned really good though. you would want to upgrade...

i would prolly just use tha walboro one it would be the easier way to go

i should be ok since im using a integra harness i think.the dash harness from the car should plug into the ecu right. i have never done a swap, but i know a lil bit about what i need to change. any advice is great.

it has to be bored and honed and i came a across a b18a that was partially built. what are you talking about the wiring harnesses, im not sure what you mean. i think the civics have a 2 piece harness and the tegs have a 1 piece i think.

yeah i wish i could man. i kinda took off where my buddy started. i have a dx shell with out wiring harness, i have a complete b18b with ecu and wiring harness and all, and i got a good b18a head and block
