I feel you man. I REFUSE to go with an inferior product. I'm doing an SOHC build on the side and am wondering what this guy will have for me tomorrow as far as a manifold, blow-off valve and wastegate go. The intercooler is Godspeed so I know that is good stuff there.

I think PeakBoost offers a combo of the manifold and dumptube for $1,100 or so. Synapse also makes good manifolds and are substantially cheaper from what I have seen. Their Ramhorn goes for $600'ish from what I can remember.

It used to be longer. haha If I put together a "condensed parts list thread" together, then the other thread would be obselete and lost. Plus, you wouldn't get all the humor and have to do less reading in order to get to the crux of the build. I may do that someday though.

How much was it that you paid for your cams by the way? I think they were around $450 on that site you sent me.

I've heard not so great things about MSD, which is why I will not be using MSD anything in my build. Hellooooo OEM distributor. haha What type of manifold did you use, who made it and where did you get it from?

Synapse, Peakboost or Full-Race I think are my choices for manifolds. I'll be damned if I don't end up with a Ramhorn too. I'm glad you didn't blow your motor by the way. How hard was it to repair that and did it cause any interior damage?

Your distributor exploded? Was it stock or aftermarket and what the heck happened to your axles? A lot of people have told me to go with Autozone axles because they have a lifetime warranty. Did your transmission have any fluid in it? I mean hell man, how did that happen?

Since my block is sleeved that part of the build is bulletproof.

Breaking attaching components? Like rods? Check out my build thread in my signature. It will give you an idea of what I am dealing with. I have a sleeved GSR block with an LS crank that has been bored to 85.5mm and of course a B16a2 head that is getting a nice head treatment. I haven't gotten the transmission yet as I figure I have to finish something first and then get a tranny.
