As per my last post, instead of a tranny problem it is believed that i have a vacuum leak somewhere around my intake, can anyone give me an idea of what lines to check? my car sometimes idles funny, it will go from 1K-2K rpm and bounce up and down, prob tripping a sensor. If anyone can help...

you are right. sometimes there is a problem with the remote turn on wire, you just need to make sure it is connected to the harness correctly (if you are using one) and if not then try the above, i figured it out by taking it to best buy, slipping the guy in the back a $20 and telling him to fix...

thanks man, so what i do is take my intake off from the engine and spray carb cleaner in there while the engine is running? do i step on the gas while i spray it in there? if i do have a vacum leak, then how do i fix? and if i cant do it about how much does it cost to fix?

your have a power wire, ground wire, and a remote turn on wire, you need to make sure that your remote turn on wire is hooked up properly. I had a similar problem and ended up hooking it to the power wire and it worked.
