i got a 94 integra and im trying to do a H2B swap i was wondering what are the parts i need and when i buy the h22 motor do i have to buy a Complete Swap or can i just buy the long block alone ?? any help please

i gota question what motor would be best for my 94 integra im think about a swap but not sure what to do and i dont have the money for a k20 and i been hearing all different things like b20 vtec ls tec h2b but not sure which is better any help ?

IM new to this site but i was wondering what parts i would need for a Ls Vtec? my Integra is bone stock and i only have been working on the body but now i think itz time to throw in some power to the motor. any help? or should i go for a b20 Vtec ? i would like to know the cost of both ? money is everything lol thanks for any help
