I found some articles on honda tech and i ended up removing the canister and then running a line from the fuel tank vent down to the big hose that went into the bottom of the evap canister.

got it fixed .... fuel pressure was good , it was the coil ...... although when the coil was cold it tested fine, once it was hot though it went to shit.
I am not sure about this but the connector on his engine harness looks like the obd1 dizzy connector , but there should be another two pin connector as well if it is anythign like my obd1 teg connector. So the 7 pins on the engine harness side would be the same as the 7 smaller pins on the...

the obd1 b18b dizzy is the exact same as the obd2 b18b dizzy except the plugs are different. they have the same parts numbers on all the components inside too. ^^^^^ Are you sure it wouldnt fit if you turned the dizzy shaft 180 degrees?

ok first off these are the things i have checked or changed.
1. Cap and rotor
2. spark plugs
3. plug wires
4. Timing (set right on the red mark) (and the connector was shorted)
5. I cant find any vacuum leaks
