I am, moving to Va probably shortly and I have a 92 with a b16. How hard is it to pass inspection and emissions in ALexandria? Any help would be appreciated.

no clue but i read your post, just to reassure you.

comparing to california i doubt it is much different, since cali+car= nazi regulations

they dont do smog checks in Virginia. just make sure your tires are good, horn works, all lights and turn signals work, full exhaust with no holes or missing parts, windows are good, brakes are good, your suspension is good and at legal height. thats basically it.

Errr..wrong. Northern VA they do strict emissions checks. I live in Alexandria- you have a smog check if your car is obd1 (sniffer) and if obd2- they hook you up to a scanner.
