Yeah, they were following us in the bimmer, and we were like "they are WAYYY too close"... All of a sudden, POOF... They're gone... We didnt see them again until the finish... At which point we were trying to figure out where we thought we finished...

Then they annouce the stats, and put us dead last... We were like WTF!?!? NO WAY! So we go up afterwards... And according to their list... We left Checkpoint 4 BEFORE we arrived at Checkpoint 3! So after the fix... We finished 4th. Not too shabby...

Can't WAIT to do the next one!!!

It wasn't 12 miles... It was only about 5 each way... And its easy to make up the time... In an STi... I could have (SHOULD HAVE) made up more... but we weren't sure HOW FAR off the pace we really were... I EASILY could have shaved another 2-3 minutes off that getting lost recovery...
