im joining the navy
and im planning on going to japan and china
and well buying up some cars
such as a 2003 nsx
and i wanted to know would it be worth my time to turbo and super charge it so theres no turbo lag?
and well this might sound dumb
i also had an idea of droping a m3 bmw engine in it and posible doing it that way too
of course with obvious moods of trans intake and others
any comments ideas or help

You probably won't make enough to buy one of those cars and ship it back(the ones in military that can are higher ranking and been in the service for a while).

As far as M3 engine, I'm willing to bet it will not fit without major fabrication(both the I6 and V8s are bigger than the NSX's V6)

Also, supercharger+turbocharging has already been done before. It's called twin-charging or compound supercharging.

Starting out in the navy, you are going to make bitch money. You'll survive because they will put you up in barracks or give you a housing allowance. You'll be able to afford a half decent car (with the payments that go along with it) a big stereo, and used thrift shop furniture. After the car and food and a little beer money, you'll be piss broke.

The military is not a get rich and buy toy cars and spend billions of dollars on them plan. Its a great life, I would kill for a military life.. But Its a little different than what you are imagining.
