If all he needs is a running car, I have a Buick that I paid the same amount for that he paid for the Buick.
My CRX, as is with parts + my inherent need for a running car = $200 + that BMW. My CRX, together and complete = 8(that bmw) So if all he wants is something reliable and boring, and of course automatic (The AC is strong as hell though) then I can trade the Buick. it's a 92 LeSabre, running and ready.
