Just swap in an SR20 Det or if you've got some money, an RB26 twinturbo Skyline powerplant.

Yeh I've heard about an rb26 and sr20det but I'd lyk to do something diff lyk 13b rotary engine from 86 to up rx-7 swap into 240sx. Cause no one hasn't done like this project. Also the 13b rotary is way CHEAPER to buy the part than sr20dett or rb26dett. But what do u guys think about this new project ?. Isn't sound real good? :-D

Uh, you realize this is HONDASwap, right? Not MazdaSwap or NissanSwap?

Anyway, there is actually a section for discussing other makes of vehicles, it's down near the bottom of the main page. You might want to try posting this there, instead of in the Civic forums...

just get the stupid sr20det. if you have to ask about doing the swap, you are going to have to pay for the labor of the 13b. that will put you well over the cost of the sr20det. plus, do you know how to rebuild a rotary? nope, didn't think so. you are going to run into reliability issues.

Yeh I just want to be something different cause 13b rotary engine GOT LIGHTS weight, I would say around 1000 lbs. also will give you 500hp to up to JUST add the TURBO.. Once you swap 13b rotary from rx7 in a 240sx, ull have alots SPACE to ADD all the PARTS under the hood... I hope all the guys aren't think that am stupid guy lol.


No one can't even afford to have rb26dett swap in a 240sx. Cause u have to change alots parts to swap in a 240sx so fuck it. Also s13 is piece of shit too cause da motor only have 205 HP stock w/ tubro LMAO. 13b rotary twin tubro stock come with 255hp to 300 hp. If u guys don't believe me den why don't you just research about 13b rotary engine :-D

I have one of my friend who have h22 with fully rebuild up to 600 hp with tubro guess wat he blew it out.... If you blew it out a 13b-rotary engine, you just have to change a rotary. SAVE alots of MONEY to have a 13b rotary.
