New Impreza Makes Debut at NYAS - NASIOC Official News, Articles and Polls - NASIOC

So what do you guys think? I'm a bigger fan of the sedan version rather than the 5 door hatch but some of the chops of the 5 door hatch STi version look pretty nice. The sedan does look lke a MazdaSpeed 6 though...

I don't think either car is as ugly as a lot of the guys on nasioc make it out to be. If the STi version looks decent, i'll highly consider it to be my next car, assuming that the CTR doesn't hit our shores or is over priced.

Discuss...

Subaru has been really, really fucking up with the Impreza line.

The bugeyed 02-03 WRXs... I wanted one so bad I could taste it.

Then they changed it after 2 years, then changed it again a year later. Now they have a hatch... I dunno, I'm just automatically unimpressed with it because of what they've done with the sedan over the past 4 years.

why 02? the 03's look exactly the same... IMO, 04-05 > 02-03.
I don't see how people say it's "ugly" it does resemble the mazda 6 and/or corolla a little bit but no one ever says those cars are "ugly". The 5 door hatch does look a lot like a cross between a CX-7 and a RX330.

I think the 04-05 front end looks kind of like an Alpha-Romeo. Not my cup of tea. But then again, I don't really care for the styling of any year impreza.

After owning my car for awhile, I think that the body of the WRX is beautiful with its fender flares and curvatures with the stock wing, lowered, and on my rims.

I do like the '04-'05 lights though, but I prefer my fog lights.
