Exclamation Throttle Position Sensor - Help!

My idle sticks between 1000 and 1500 rpm after the car is warmed up (but if i put my foot under the gas pedal and pull up it goes down to normal).

Sooo, I took the throttle body off and cleaned it. Found that the Green vacuum line was completly clogged w/ rust particles so I cleaned it out and the line that it was connected to.

Now I'm trying to check the throttle position sensor but the Hyanes manual is kinda outdated for my 91 LX.

I found a post a while back that Magik8 did where he scanned the shop manual and it listed all the voltages, but it was for a turbo

What I did is put +5 V to the RED wire and Grounded the black wire and measured the voltages between the WHITE (blue in the shop manual) and GROUND. This is what I got..49 4.34

Throttle completely closed: 0.49 V
Throttle completely open: 4.34 V

Can anyone verify these?????? I have to put this back in my car soon so ASAP thanks a lot guys
