has been after me for the past few days in regards to some tail lights!!! After i told him i had them and that he needed to pay through paypal he TElls me its ok that he will PAY me with his MOMS account!!! so i tell him OK in order to cover both of our asses i will list an auction on EBAY just for him , HE tells me OK , to do it that he will make IMMEDIATE PAYMENT!!!! SO i list it and when i email him with the auction number he tells me " if ur the guy with the lights , sorry i found a set ".. IT had only been maybe 5 to 10 min after he told me to list that I DID!!!!!!!!!

Too bad I told you I'd use my mom's account, I did, and while looking I found some for cheaper. I sent you an ebay message before I received any notification from you saying that the auction was put up for me and told you to forget it before it was even put up, or before you bothered to tell me it was up.

There was no commitment to buy, no nothing, I did NOT scam this guy.

Lock this thread please.

EDIT: I said NOTHING about making any payment whatsoever, to my understanding he was to put it up for auction. If he shipped them out to me he WILL be getting them back no doubt.

Dude..I transferred the money from my bank to my mom's paypal so the money was there to pay for it. Then I told you to put up the auction after the money was in her paypal account. Then I sent you another message via ebay telling you to forget it because I found some taillights locally for a cheaper price. I sent THAT message before I recieved ANY notification that the auction was on ebay. What makes you think I'm trying to scam you? All I did was back out BEFORE YOU TOLD ME THE AUCTION WAS UP so get the fuck off my nuts. Maybe next time you should check your ebay messages more carefully .

If I had known the auction was listed when I told you to forget it, I would've bought them anyway because, trust me, I'm not a scammer I've been scammed and I hate them as much as anybody. Post our messages if you like, but just remember not to adjust the time on the messages to fit your false scam story. I'm sorry if I caused any inconvenience to you, but like said, I am NO scammer.

Go ahead, I'll just explain thru my mom's ebay account what really happened and that you're just a sore dick about miscommunication on your own behalf .

And you can quit talking to me like I'm a little kid . My mom could probably kick my ass harder than you ever could...the way your parents should've whooped you which they obviously didn't teach you right from wrong if you're over here reporting my mom's account to ebay for your own mistake .

Who knows? Maybe you did let me know the auction was up and there was some server error that caused it to send late which I doubt because the message isn't there and I JUST checked? Either way, I can assure you I did NOT get any notification of that auction and I would NOT have backed out if I knew it was up there.

Thank you injen. For letting me know he CAN'T report my mom's account . I was all ready to pay him the $3 too but not after that. If it were my mistake that'd be different but now he just learned something.

And the point is that even tho I backed out still there was no kind of commitment whatsoever I just changed my mind the way people always do when they think over a purchase and find a better one .
