You don't want to use a used mount as there is no way to know how long it will last you. Why did your front mount go? Is your back mount in okay shape?

I repeatedly lifted and lowered the engine to get it out and it got snagged... then I realized I should have taken it off before hand... dumb mistake, this is my first engine swap though... like you said it only gets easier.
