That is a B16b VTEC which is the DOHC Civic Type-R engine!
JDM Motor EK9 CIVIC JDM 98 B16B ENGINE. The swap includes: Complete Motor Transmission Half shaft Both axles Wiring harness ECU All mounts and brackets Shift linkage It has 10,269 miles and has been leak and compression tested.
