The header is a two piece DC Sports 4-2-1 ceramic coated header for the D16A6. It should fit all D series engines without any problems. I assume that the model number is HHC5002 as listed on DC Sports' web site- this came off the SOHC ZC (basically same as D16A6) in my 89 CRX Si, but there is no model number stamped on it. There are two minor dents in the header- one very small one on the runner for cylinder 4 where it merges with cylinder 1 (last picture), and a very shallow dent (pictures 1 and 2) in the secondary runner coming from cylinders 1 and 4. The dents will not significantly affect the performance the header. All other wear on the header is purely cosmetic. All the welds are in great condition, and the joint between the two header sections does not leak. I am asking $150 plus shipping for the header.       __________________
