How much for the whole head, v-tec solenoid, distributor, cams, valves, springs, intake manifold, and throttle body ? This is OBD1 right?

I'll take the complete head for my b20b, if you can send everything to bolt it straight on let me know a price to have it shipped to 97358. Would the ctr pistons work in the b20 block if they are for an LS? if so add those an get me a price. thanks
