im selling it for $35 shipped! Ill check and see if mine has the male end like that or the female end, but im pretty sure its the same one you posted a picture of, forgot to snag a pic while i was at work.

as far as i know the intermediate shaft will fit automatic or manual trans, it has the female end not the male end... pics will be up by this time tomorrow, lost my memory card after uploading pics from the other night.. got my buddies now so i can take some more pics.
