Knock Sensor

i have searched for the answer to this question but i did not find anything that helps me. i have a 96 accord ex auto and i am swaping in a 95 h22 5 speed. i bought a skunk2 conversion harness and it seems to fit fine exept that i went to run the knock sensor wire witch i believe is supposes to go into d3 but there is a wire there already and it runs to a wire in the on the accord side so i am now not sure where to put the knock sensor wire. any help would be appreciated thanks.

Nobody has an answer to this? Oh well i am almost finished with the swap and the motor runs and everything is wired up expect the knock sensor, but it is not throwing a code for it. i know the ecu is good because it did throw code 7 and 22 but i fixed them and it doesn't throw the knock sensor code and it is not even connected. Am i going to run into any problems if i don't use the knock sensor? Has anybody run into this before. it is an obd1 p13 ecu.

I think your car will run fine without a knock sensor, but I would do everything in your power to hook it up just incase. The person who had my sol before my modified the harness so that the knock sensor was grounded....why I don't know, but it never affected anything. Just make sure you always run premium fuel. get out a wiring diagram and see what wire is already there.
