To me with out hearing it, Sounds like you have a misfire. Is the check engine light on or blinking? Honda's, Toyota's are known for the distributor going bad. The gap between the pick up and shaft may have to much of a gap.. The gap between them is depending on year make and model.is normally 0.07 - 0.012..... If that is off it will cause a stall (misfire) or not even running conditions..
Basically you will have to start checking everything Fuel pressure, timing, spark, coil.
Make sure your wires are on correctly and routed the correct way I would check this first if the car was in front of me...
The B16 cap that is installed Will that work on your engine correctly? IDK if that will or not??? Sorry IDK Why you would want a B16 cap on a k20 engine...
