Guess who just bought a 95 Integra...

New parts for the Integra! All I've done so far is installed the intercooler and piping, installed the gauges in a custom made fiberglass pod that I made and installed the Hondata chip in the ECU. Before you ask I don't have any power goals, I'm just putting this stuff in and I'll be happy with whatever the outcome is. At the moment it's just a stock block so It's gonna be low boost. I'm gonna try to find a cheap block maybe at a junk yard for like $250 then sleeve it and build it to swap in so I can turn up the boost. Again, no power goals. I figure if you don't set goals you won't be pressured into attaining them and/or disappointed when you don't reach them. There is a turbo timer in the pictures and a catch can that I'm not gonna use if anyone want's them PM me. I have an alarm that has remote start and an auto shutoff already built in.

I've done a rough tune on it for now. There is a Dyno in town but I'm in the middle of BFE. I was surprised that I even found a Dyno in town.

That one up there on Hwy 90 near Burger King? I know there was one there before called "Adam's Performance" or something... but they went out of business. I didn't know the new shop kept the Dyno! Cool!

It's still Adam's, it's where I picked up the Hondata. I think he said they got a brand new dyno not too long ago.

Oh! My bad.. I thought they closed! lol... That's cool, tho!

Just picked all of this up today for $500.

Complete B18B1 /w dizzy and wires
Hydro 5spd trans
Shift linkage
P75 ECU
Wiring harness
Brand new 7lb flywheel
Brand new clutch and pressure plate
Brand new AEM adjustable cam gears
Brand new axles
Brand new poly motor mounts
2 starters
An extra valve cover
Some misc. pieces.

Time for tear-down and then order some over night parts from Japan. I'm just gonna put it on my tab at Harry's.

Nice find!

I'm looking around for a B20 swap, if you hear of anything over that way... I need everything including LS(or gsr) trans, mounts, linkage and stuff.
What are you doing with your old stuff when you install? Maybe I can help you out!! :D

Once I get this built and put in I'm getting rid of the stock motor and trans. It's auto though. I'll have everything though wiring, TCU, auto trans mount and gear selector. I have the complete AC system out of the car too and I'll be getting rid of that as well. I'm also at some point going to remove the ABS system.

Well, I don't need an auto for my setup, but it's possible that if the price is right I may still pick it all up for other projects/friends needs.

LMK! I'm in for updates. :)

I'll keep the thread updated. I just got finished tearing the engine completely down and it's in surprisingly good condition. Doesn't really matter though because everything is getting replaced. Gotta wait until Thursday then I can order sleeves, pistons, rods, valvetrain, cams and some other misc parts. I'm thinking an even 9:1 comp.

9:1 is easy on the eyes... Go for it.

Are you gonna break the motor in on boost or NA?

I haven't decided yet. If I do break it in with the turbo it's only gonna be at maybe 5-10 psi I'll probably do a rough tune myself to start the break in then after a few miles turn up the boost and take it to the dyno. Still trying to decide how much boost I want to run.

So I just tested the ECU I got with all of that stuff and it works. It's a virgin P75 Manual ECU. The one I have is an auto P75 that I converted to manual when I installed the S300. Because the auto trans has it's own TCU it's ok to do that. If you're reading this and think you can just convert any auto ECU to manual and still have an auto trans make sure you have a separate TCU first.

Update:

So I've ordered and received the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, pedal assembly, manual trans mount for auto chassis, shift linkage mount, short shifter and steel braided line. This weekend I'm going to do the auto to manual swap. I already have the brand new clutch disk, pressure plate, 7lb flywheel, axles, shift linkage and trans from my swap find so I have everything I need. I'll be taking a lot of pictures and I'll probably end up doing a write-up for it as well.

And also, make sure you find the right wiring diagram and wire modification for your shifter harness.. Other wise the key wont release, your cruise control wont work, and your starter wont engage.
