Lemme tell ya, I fall so hard that I just may.

This time last year I rented a 4 bedroom house on 6 acres on a river. There were two bald eagle nests within sight of my porch. I had two cars and things were going pretty well.

I'm checking my mail every 5 fuckin minutes hoping and praying this dude with the minitruck is going to respond.. or that I get a ridiculous offer on my Mustang and a NWS piece of hardware gets sold at half it's value. Awake - from my kitchen / office / diaper changing table in my 400sqft tenement apartment downtown in the "bad neighborhood".
